Taking part in a marathon takes intense preparation and skill. We salute all PBIM participants for their dedication and determination in the race.
We hope by having more forums and clinics relate to marathon prior to our event on 22nd Nov 2009, participants will learn tips on how to minimize any excess damage to the body and thus make PBIM race a more pleasant experience.
We are pleased to announce that we have invited renowned speakers to share their knowledge in what is consider a world standard marathon. Topics like “What is AIMS and how they measure world standard marathon race”, “How to warm up and stretch before the race”, and “How to listen to your body and pre medical preparation for a marathon race” and last but not least “How this Penang Bridge International Marathon boost our Penang tourism industries”
